Dry Cleaner / Production Lead

Martinizing Cleaners is looking for a Dry Cleaner / Production Lead!

We are building something special and seek a Dry Cleaner / Production Lead for our brand new, environmentally-friendly Martinizing dry cleaning plant. This teammate will be responsible for ensuring high production quality for all garment cleaning and help us ensure efficient, best-in-class operations. At least three (3) years of industry experience is preferred, with knowledge in running a dry cleaning plant, but we are willing to consider the right candidate even with less experience. This hardworking teammate must also have a growth mindset to maximize the benefit of the proven Martinizing systems of production and other innovations as we scale the business and our services.

Responsibilities of the Dry Cleaner / Production Lead:

• Professional spotting – including recognizing the types of stains and either pre-spotting or post-spotting garments
• Running dry cleaning & wet cleaning loads
• Finishing of garments
• Fold and organize finished garments
• Overseeing pressers & finishers to ensure quality work at profitable production levels
• Coordinate with other members of the production team to ensure all production targets are met
• Sort and examine garments to ensure proper cleaning process
• Sorting of garments to proper stations throughout the plant
• General housekeeping to support a benchmark store appearance
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time.
