In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their garment care needs are met with the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist all customers in-store and over the phone
- Assist with customer drop-off and pick-up of orders
- Assist customers with cleaning, stain, and finishing needs and/or questions
- Mark, tag, and sort customer garments
- Run wet cleaning loads (laundry)
- Fold and organize customer garments and household items
- Ensure cash drawer accuracy
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance
- General housekeeping to support a professional and clean store appearance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- No previous experience in dry cleaning required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working while standing for long periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service and customer care skills.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
