- Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, and real estate division
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and trial materials with attention to detail
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and trials
- Guide clients with strategic advice, clear communication, and compassionate support
Requirements:
- Licensed Attorney in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
- 3 years of experience in family law, including litigation and mediation
- Skilled in case management, from intake to final resolution
- Excellent oral advocacy and negotiation skills
