Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to take the next step in their career and join our expanding team.
As the Inside Sales Representative, you will engage with qualified prospects to understand their needs, describe how the firm’s expertise and services can help achieve their objectives, and close business to convert prospects into clients. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will engage with a large number of prospects daily via phone, email, and text.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Prospect Engagement:
- Build and manage relationships with a significant number of qualified leads provided by our appointment setter
- Sales Discovery:
- Using a consultative approach to understand a prospect’s pain points, goals, and objectives, present a customized plan for how the firm can meet a prospect’s needs
- As needed, partner with the legal team to schedule strategy sessions or consultations to provide more in-depth, customized guidance to advance the sales process
- Follow-Ups & Relationship Management:
- Follow up and nurture prospects through the sales process through regular contact by phone, email, and text
- Send fee agreements and collect retainers
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide a smooth onboarding process for clients
- Sales & Conversion Goals:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and consultation targets by effectively conveying the value of our legal services
- CRM Management:
- Accurately document client interactions, update records, and track progress using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales Experience:
- Two years of previous experience in high volume sales or consultative sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue
- Past experience in auto sales, mortgage sales, personal training, solar sales, and selling home inspections is a plus
- Communication Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Adaptability:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Tech-Savvy:
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Travel:
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary Uncapped Commission Potential. Expected earnings at plan between $80,000 and $100,000 .
