About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at Martinrea International Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Abide by company policies, including Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental Systems.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
- Develop training programs to build quality awareness among employees.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure the transfer of new products to production meets approved data requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or CQT/CQE.
- Three years' technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards, including IATF 16949.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
