Job Description:
The Product Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet customer standards and requirements. This includes performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure the transfer of new products to production meets approved data requirements.
- Manage safe launch and GP-12 activities when applicable.
- Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Engineering or CQT/CQE.
- Three years' technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality standards, including IATF 16949.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
