Summary

As an Operating Room Technician at Martins Maintenance, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role is vital to our mission of delivering top-notch janitorial services while fostering a reliable environment for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of operating rooms and related areas.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and ready for use.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of operating room environments as needed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards and report any issues to management.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold quality control measures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in custodial or industrial cleaning roles, preferably in healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety protocols.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
