Martins Maintenance Inc. is a family-owned and operated cleaning company providing commercial cleaning services to our customers throughout the great state of Rhode Island.

We are actively recruiting both FULL TIME FLOOR TECHNICIANS who would like to join our GENERAL DYNAMICS ELECTRIC BOAT - JANITORIAL TEAM. We need self-motivated people that are detail-oriented and passionate about cleaning & leaving our customer's facility looking cleaner than when they arrived! Ideally, candidates will be onboarded and asked to start as soon as possible.

Our basic job duties include:

• Cleaning and maintaining hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Cleaning glass/main entrance doors.
• Spot cleaning furniture within common areas.
• Emptying trash and replace liners.
• Thoroughly cleaning restrooms & replenishing supplies.
• Disinfecting all touch point areas.
• Cleaning and organizing janitorial closets.

Qualifications:

• Pre-Employment screening required to include background check.
• Must bring either your Passport or Copy of your Birth Certificate to the interview to help expedite the hiring process.
• Understands the importance of being on-time.
• Management of the safety and cleanliness of the job site.
• Must be able to communicate well with both the customer and the management team.

Full time Potential Pay: $660- $720 per week ($17.00 - $18 per hour)
(8/1/23 increased from $470 - $550 or $13 - $14)

• Varies depending on your availability.
• Multiple positions available, two shifts, Monday through Friday:

3rd Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30pm SUNDAY - THURSDAY
