Position Summary
Sell and market Martin's Point Generations Medicare Advantage plans in assigned territory to increase enrollment and retain current Generations members. Follow ethical sales practices and adhere to established policies and procedures as they relate to Martin's Point Generations and CMS. Maintain the reputation of Martin's Point Health Care by using ethical judgment and professional behavior at all times while representing Martin's Point Generations.

- Ensure Achievement of daily, monthly and annual sales and retention goals.
- Track and report daily, weekly and monthly results to sales manager. Including :
Calls, Appointments, Sales, Disenrollment, Sales and Educational Events
Other measures as determined by Management.Prepare a written monthly report of events, results, competitive analysis, recommendations, and plans of action. Present to Sales Manager by the 5th of each month.Develop personal sales / marketing plan to ensure that sales goals are met.Build and develop community programs with assigned community / senior centers in the sales territory. Including, but is not limited to :Sponsorships, co-op advertising and planning events with the various senior centers,
Building relationships with community center leaders to achieve the best possible sales and retention outcomes for the Medicare beneficiaries.Build and maintain relationships with assigned brokers and track broker sales, weekly.Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Maine Medicare market offerings, accepted standard sales practices, and CMS, BOI and NCQA requirements as they relate to sales and marketing practices.Follow all CMS, Federal and State regulations and guidelines.Monitor and report competitor's activities in the areas of sales, provider networks, marketing & advertising.Assist Management in monitoring and reporting any competitor advantages and disadvantages and make recommendations for benefits, networks and distribution strategies.Follow all company practices, procedures and policiesDevelop, build and maintain working relationships throughout the company.Perform other duties as assigned.Education / Experience :
High School diploma requiredBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.3 years sales and marketing experience preferred, preferably in Medicare AdvantageCurrent Maine Health & Life Insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hireValid Maine driver's licenseSkills, Knowledge and Competencies :
Communication and Numeric Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills, with external contacts.Strong organization skillsStrong interpersonal skills required; previous management experience strongly preferred.Strong oral and written presentation skills critical in order to represent Generations to internal and external stakeholders.Any combination of academic education, professional training or work experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.Computer Skills :
