SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Athletics Coordinator and/or Recreation Coordinator, the part-time position of Facility Supervisor is responsible for supervising facilities during all league games and events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Maintain continuous surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency.
- Control and report unruly behavior; evict individuals not adhering to behavior protocols.
- Spot hazards or potential hazards and take measures to prevent accidents.
- Maintain a clean workspace for patrons and staff.
- Maintain accurate records, as required.
- Perform other related duties, as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Must hold a valid current CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid certification or equivalent.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to provide good and effective communication both orally and written; capacity to understand and follow oral and written orders.

WORK CONDITIONS
This position requires working in internal and external environments; requires a flexible schedule to include nights and/or weekends.
