Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Appointment Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills in business.

Duties

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients, ensuring optimal use of resources and time.
  • Utilize software tools to track appointments, patient interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment process.
  • Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential leads and opportunities within the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointment details for reporting purposes.
  • Follow up with patients post-appointment to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
