A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The typical schedule for this administrative job is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with opportunities to earn overtime.

As the face and voice of our company, our Automotive Customer Service Representative greets customers with a big smile - whether it's in person or over the phone. You listen carefully to our clients' needs and direct them appropriately, whether it's answering questions, taking payments, or connecting them to the right person.

But it doesn't stop there - you also follow up with customers on payments and appointments to make sure everything is running smoothly. And let's not forget about the administrative side of things - you support our team by reconciling accounts payable, scanning files, and managing repair orders in our computer database. With your attention to detail, our company runs like a well-oiled machine - and you're a key part of that success!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • 2 years of experience in a collision repair facility
  • Experience working with direct repair programs (DRPs) and insurance carriers
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
  • 18 years of age

Experience with CCC estimating system and other auto collision industry software would be a plus! Do you enjoy helping others? Can you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment?
