The typical schedule for this administrative job is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with opportunities to earn overtime.

You listen carefully to our clients' needs and direct them appropriately, whether it's answering questions, taking payments, or connecting them to the right person.

And let's not forget about the administrative side of things - you support our team by reconciling accounts payable, scanning files, and managing repair orders in our computer database. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
- 2 years of experience in a collision repair facility
- Experience working with direct repair programs (DRPs) and insurance carriers
- Ability to work overtime and flexible hours as needed
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- 18 years of age
