Marty Cancila Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram is now hiring for a full-time Customer Service Representative for Service and Parts Business Development Team in Florissant MO. We are seeking a qualified individual with customer service and automotive experience to help our expanding business grow.
Responsibilities:
As Customer Service Representative Marty Cancila, you will enjoy working with our loyal, established customer base, and will have many opportunities to grow professionally. In this role, you will:
- Assist with incoming service and parts phone calls.
- Set up, schedule and monitor service department appointments.
- Follow up and reschedule missed or late service department appointments.
- Make follow-up phone calls to previous day service customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Discuss during customer follow up calls the importance of responding to CSI surveys.
- Bring all customer concerns and complaints to the attention of the Service Manager.
- Make follow up phone calls to current open recall customers.
- Respond to all digital platforms contact or inquires and set up service department appointment accordingly.
- Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Schedule Special Ordered Parts Installations
- Liaison for Service and Parts Inquires
- Customer Service resolution
- Work directly with Service and Parts advisors in a fast-paced environment.
- Outbound Campaign contacts to generate service and parts Business.
- Additional duties to assist and grow the service and parts department
Ideal applicants will have the following qualifications:
- Must be 18 of Age
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Automotive Industry
- Customer service experience
- Team player
- Prompt and courteous
- Enthusiastic, positive personality
- Must have strong computer skills
- Experience with Automotive and or Digital CRM Platforms.
- A commitment to excellence in everything you do.
- Efficient and accurate in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively communicate with others – verbal and written
- Strong sales orientation
- Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environment
- Personable, friendly demeanor with "World Class" customer service approach
- Well groomed, professional appearance
- Leadership skills and a desire for advancement are a plus
