Marty's Chevrolet is fast becoming the dealership for Chevrolet on the Cape! As we are growing at such a fast pace, we are seeking experienced Service Advisors to help us be the best in service on the Cape!
Marty's Chevrolet is seeking experienced and highly motivated candidate(s) for the Service Advisor position. We are looking for someone who can provide our customers with an excellent experience by going above and beyond in customer satisfaction. Experience in direct repair is a must, as you will be thoroughly explaining recommended services to customers and verifying best procedures with technicians.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Greet customers as they arrive and guide them through the repair process by asking questions and being attentive to their responses/ concerns with their vehicle
- Maintain customer satisfaction, answer customers' inquiries, and resolve situations.
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting service specials
- Coordinate vehicle repairs with technicians
- Process Warranty Claims
- Build relationships & create customers for life
- Bring your best positive attitude with you every day
- Assist management with departmental growth
- Maintain timely paperwork processing
- Monitor and ensure technician productivity
Qualifications:
- General automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Strong communication, selling, and customer service skills.
- Great organizational skills
- Knowledgeable with computers a must
- Self-motivation and the ability to work well with others
- Strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done
- Leadership ability
- Team building skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
