Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and helping cooks during peak hours.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
- Support catering events by preparing banquet service items as directed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient workflow.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering or banquet services, is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial.
