Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before serving.
- Assist servers in managing guest needs and requests during their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper handling procedures.
- Provide excellent guest services by being attentive and responsive to customer inquiries or concerns.
Skills
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required.
