As a Credit Analyst at MacroSource, you will play a key role in managing the credit risk of an assigned customer portfolio. Reporting to the Manager of Credit, you will analyze customer financial data, enforce credit policies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate account resolution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by analyzing credit applications, references, financial statements, and industry credit information.
Monitor accounts receivable balances, identify potential risks, and recommend appropriate actions to mitigate exposure.
Resolve account inquiries from customers and internal staff; negotiate resolutions and assist in the collection and reconciliation customer accounts.
Partner with the customer service team to support the company’s invoice management process.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of credit activities and customer communications.
Prepare and distribute reports on credit performance and outstanding balances.
Provide support of the Customer/Vendor Master Data set-up and maintenance.
Assist with special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred..
Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit, banking, financial services, accounts receivable, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);DowJones RiskCenter, Dun & Bradstreet Credit (or similar products), SAP, or a similar ERP system is preferred. Familiarity with the Bectran Credit system (or similar products) is a plus.
NACM certification (CBA, CBF or CCE) or other Credit industry certification a plus.
Strong analytical skills, including risk assessment and financial statement analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external customers.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and results.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

This full-time position is based at our Skidaway Island Corporate Headquarters in Savannah, Georgia, with opportunities for flexible working hours, Monday through Friday. Relocation Assistance is available.
