PLM’s services include new trailer leasing, new trailer design and OEM ordering, short term leasing of existing trailers, flexible rental options, onsite maintenance, emergency breakdown service, GPS, and temperature management, and even lifecycle cost savings for its customers.Primary ResponsibilitesFully responsible for managing a territory consisting of targeted prospects and existing customers in the refrigerated trailer fleet segment. The predefined territories are geographically based and consist of multiple states coverage.
Lease Sales – Day to day primarily function is to identify and present lease Solutions to customers and prospects to develop a planned lifecycle of their refrigerated trailer fleet Employee will be measured and compensated on units signed and the guaranteed revenue by each deal. Primarily outside selling with targets on customer appointments and quotes.
Strategic Account Management – Build relationships with new and existing strategic accounts in your assigned market, acting as the primary level of sales support to these key accounts. Winning and growing accounts selling PLM value added fleet management solutions. Acting as the customer consultant for all refrigerated fleet decisions to include equipment leasing, rental, telematics solutions and maintenance. As the account lead, bring in all of PLM’s expert team to find the best solution for each account.
Knowledge And Skills Requirements
Sales Territory Management – Account Management Experience with an emphasis on acquiring New Customers
Fleet Management – Including Rental, Leasing, or Equipment Management Experience preferred (not required)
