SUMMARY
As a Senior Fleet Consultant, you will create value, drive growth, expansion, and retention while providing a world-class consulting experience to uncover opportunities and deepen relationships with clients. You will work hand in hand with our clients, sales and account teams to develop and implement strategies focused on reducing cost of ownership, increasing efficiencies, and improving fleet programs across the lifecycle. As a valued member of the client relationship, you will develop, implement, and lead the consulting engagement that supports each client’s unique fleet needs.
Further, you are skilled at providing meaningful data, analysis, scorecards, and strategic reviews to support data driven decisions for a portfolio of clients, and you will participate as a PLM expert representative at industry events, conferences, and industry media opportunities providing thought leadership to our clients and the marketplace. Through your integrity and adoption of PLM’s client centric focus, we know you will drive growth with the goal of developing lifetime relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
As part of the client account team, lead the ongoing consulting engagement process for a portfolio of PLM accounts
Engage with all levels of the client organization, from day-to-day stakeholders to C-level executives to effectively and proactively provide value add data driven solutions and cost savings strategies.
Utilize scorecards, report cards, and ad hoc analysis as a mechanism to engage clients in meaningful consultative engagements.
Proactively monitor marketplace trends in applicable segments and geographic markets and translate market dynamics into opportunities for clients.
Partner with sales and account management teams to implement initiatives resulting from consultative client engagements.
Provide ongoing training and knowledge sharing with PLM commercial lease and rental teams.
Actively participate in industry groups, events, and media opportunities.
Build, analyze, and present both standard and ad-hoc reports, and benchmarking data.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication and people skills
Experience in Equipment Leasing, Fleet Leasing, Fleet Management strongly desired.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate economic change into business opportunity
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to analyze and interpret contractual, financial, technical, operational data into action.
Advanced presentation abilities for interactions with all levels of the organization and with Senior Leadership and clients
YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS
Position is based in Newark, NJ. Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work and travel to client locations as required.
