What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility & Maintenance Associate position at Marukai Corporation?
The Quality Assurance Facility Associate works under the Quality Assurance Manager’s supervision and cooperates with Store managers on daily base. The main responsibility is performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain store and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the Company’s business goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Under Quality Assurance Managers supervision, administrators and follows Facility and Maintenance procedures to standardize the practices at store level.
- Support the store managers to check on Vendor’s duties in installing and maintaining production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
- Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Provide troubleshooting both on-site and online for various store locations, such as mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and minor repairs need issue. Diagnoses problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
- Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform minor maintenance and service.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Assistant the store managers and maintenance team in finding equipment, fixes, products to solve the quality situation, improve and smooth store operations in line with industry regulation or compliance.
- Play key contact for third parties including maintenance service venders, parts suppliers, etc.
- Prepare and submit periodic or at hoc reports such as product quality checking report, case report.
- Reports all irregular issues and problems to Quality Assurance Management for solutions.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager regarding Quality Assurance area.
