As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the brand's online presence. This position is responsible for creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media platforms, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, proficiency in content creation tools, and an interest in Japanese culture or bilingual skills as an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align the public voice of the brand.
• Monitor and maintain social media accounts (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Shoot, edit, and retouch photos and videos for social media content.
• Plan, produce, and upload engaging content across platforms, including daily Stories and weekly posts.
• Handle social media administrative tasks, including customer interactions and account maintenance.
• Communicate internally and externally for content collaborations and campaign alignments.
• Support retail marketing campaign strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and distribute newsletters (e.g., Mailchimp), including e-shop and weekly ad newsletters.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a professional online presence across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize engagement.
• Other signed tasks.

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation and management.
• Proficiency in using tools like Mailchimp, Photo retouching software such as Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), other relevant design software and video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and their content requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Interest in Japanese culture or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX concepts, and HTML/CSS is a plus.
