Community hospital part of a larger system looking to bring on a Director of Nursing!
20% Incentive Bonus and Sign-On Bonus!
Reports to an ACNO and then to a CNO (opportunity to grow and advance!)
- 250 bed hospital with 2 Free Standing ED's.
- Only Delivery Facility in Bay County.
- Advanced Primary Stroke Center, accredited as a Comprehensive Breast Care Center, and the area’s only Accredited Chest Pain Center with primary PCI and Resuscitation.
- Pediatric ER and Level III NICU and PICU in the region.
- Oversight over a 42 bed Med / Surg unit.
- 57 FTEs (Director, Manager, 4 CNCs or Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and PCTs)
- Recently remodeled / upgraded this entire floor!
- Licensed RN with a BSN.
- 2 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE Manager level experience.
- BCLS or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
