Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $900.00 per day or 32% of collection whichever is higher! Paid on everything including X-rays.
$10k relocation assistance available.
$10k retention bonus every year upto 5 years.
- Partnership Option available - We are open to fresh graduates joining us and growing with us.

```Duties```
- Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Administer anesthetics and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as X-rays and scans
- Collaborate with dental specialists for complex cases
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Eaglesoft)
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean dental office environment
```Requirements```
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license and current CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in medical coding and billing for insurance claims
- Familiarity with Scanning ( Medit) for restorative dentistry
- Excellent understanding of human anatomy, particularly oral anatomy
- Ability to take accurate vital signs and assess patients' overall health status
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex dental concepts to patients in a clear and concise manner
