Minimum 8 years of work experience as a product designer shipping products and delivering customer value.

• Fluent in Figma best practice
• Ideally, have prior experience in the following areas: eCommerce, checkout, financial product.
• Experience working with Design Systems and accessibility.
UX Designer - You serve as a seasoned member of an agile team to design and deliver trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way. You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm's business objectives.
• Dig deep to understand our customers, their challenges, and opportunities to make them more successful.
• Directly contribute to business outcomes through your work
• Own your design process end to end.
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on designs, flows,
• Work closely with our product owners, front-end engineers, and other partners to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
• Use and evolve our internal design system.
