Title : Project Manager ETOPS Certification 777X ETOPS- Everett, WA- Onsite work only

Skills required : Candidates with Part 25 Appendix K ETOPS Certification experience on recent development programs

Also, folks shall have "Design Approval Engineer (DAE) credentials per FAA Regulation 21.93(a) to perform task", which includes annual training and any additional FAA requirements.

Job Description Summary : Develops overall project plan consistent with project objectives as defined by the project owner and key stakeholders in accordance with accepted project management standards in the aerospace industry.

Job Description :

Assist in project management activities for BCA design teams in Avionics, Flight Controls, ETOPS, and Propulsion

Lead / Support project management activities such as daily WIP, daily SCRUM (depending on SOW), Scrum of Scrums etc.

Maintain JIRA or other daily WIP tool for design teams in the areas of Development Assurance and Safety Analysis development

Lead / drive stake-holder discussions between design teams to help clear roadblocks, or prioritize and drive to closure project dependencies.

Act as Scrum Master in the Requirements Program Increments supporting PI Planning, Weekly SCRUM, and help drive over-all execution of requirement activities.

Communicate with other PMs / Scrum Masters, Sprint Managers, or Management to help identify roadblocks or critical dependencies that need escalation

Skills Desired :

Familiarity with project management industry best practices and tools

Strong communicator

Organized & Independent

Works well with engineers (knows how to lead, communicate, work with engineers)

Familiarity with engineering types of SOW, preferably in commercial aerospace (to be able to help build and manage engineering project plans)

This position is based at customer location in Everett or Renton, WA. Candidates must be working from office.
