We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in labor and delivery settings.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Key responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, and performing medical procedures as needed.

• Key Patient Care Responsibilities:
• Provide empathetic and professional patient care, prioritizing the health and well-being of expectant mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform accurate and timely documentation of patient records and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current RN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience in labor and delivery nursing, with a strong understanding of fetal monitoring and maternal assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
