Job Responsibilities
- Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and goals
- Implement interventions and activities to help patients achieve their goals
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
Requirements
- COTA certification from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
