We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to patients, using a range of techniques and modalities to promote recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and treatment outcomes
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
- Experience working with adult and geriatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
