Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing unit orders, and entering customer orders into our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Process unit orders and enter customer orders into our ERP system in accordance with our customer service order processing guidelines.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and other channels.
- Provide sales information to customers and distributors.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and find solutions.
- Manage lead times and track orders accurately.
- Support the department in a call center environment by working on special projects and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- An Associate's degree or higher in a business-related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of order entry or administrative experience.
- Experience with an ERP system or similar for entering orders, accessing technical information, locating service providers, and tracking warranty.
