Product Manager
Location: Greenville, Michigan
Reports to: President
Viking, U-Line, and Marvel Refrigeration, are renowned leaders in premium refrigeration and ice products, are seeking an experienced Product Manager to play an integral role in driving product development and innovation. The Product Manager will evaluate market opportunities, oversee the development process, and serve as the primary contact for key OEM accounts. This position requires collaboration with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to ensure product success from concept to market.

Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, plus overtime when required.
Position Overview:
The Product Manager will support Viking, U-Line, and Marvel Refrigeration by leading the development and management of new and existing product lines. This role focuses on understanding market needs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. The Product Manager will ensure that product strategies align with business goals, delivering innovative solutions that enhance market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from ideation to launch.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for new products or improvements.
- Serve as the primary contact for select customers, expanding sales opportunities and providing product support.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications, training materials, and marketing support.
- Lead regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide detailed agendas and follow-ups.
- Monitor project timelines, address obstacles, and communicate progress to management.
- Engage with sales teams and dealers to gather feedback on product performance and competitive landscape.
- Participate in special projects related to product and marketing strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (Preferred)
- Manage OEM Product and negotiating contract with OEM partners.
- Experience managing a manufactured consumer product, including leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Occasional travel, including out-of-state and international travel, may be required
Working Conditions:
- Office based and occasional travel
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday- Friday
