Service Parts Packer
Location: Greenville, Michigan
Reports to: Director of Materials

Expected Hours of Work:
This position is full-time. The general scheduled workdays are Monday through Friday, plus overtime when required.
Position Overview:
Your workdays as a Service Parts Packer will be dynamic, rewarding, and hands-on, with tasks that ensure the smooth flow of service operations. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, including preparing and packing essential service parts, organizing inventory, and ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Secures and maintains component parts and supplies to complete service orders.
- Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed manner and in accordance with service orders.
- Operates hand tools as required to complete assembly process.
- Performs basic computer duties such as: UPS shipment processing and credit card order processing.
- Knowledge in INFOR ERP system such as order confirmation, order back flushing, stock availability and B.O.M. information.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
- Checks materials and finished assemblies to ensure compliance with standards.
- Performs duties consistent with established safety and quality procedures, rules, and standards.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Education with 1 year of experience in small parcel shipping preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use and operate hand tools.
- Ability to stand on concrete surfaces for up to three hours without a break and twelve hours with breaks, lift weights of up to 50 pounds from ground level to chest height, push/pull up to 100 pounds and handle component parts on a repetitive basis.
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination necessary for repetitive assembly operation.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend and follow written and oral instructions.

- To pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
