Job Description:

The resource should be well versed with large Expense and Bill Pay implementations.
As part of support duties, one should be able to manage and maintain Credit Card feeds from Amex.
Should be well versed with SDLC process to manage changes in the applications.
Assist Product Support with Compliance queries as Expenses and Bill Pay are Sox Compliant apps.
Great communication skills as will be interacting with end users and business clients.
