Your Team, Your Impact
Joining the Marvell Sales organization to focus on owning and driving the sales of our market-leading Hardware Security Modules. You will identify new CSP and OEM customers. Will need to work with existing sales personnel to help close deals.
What You Can Expect
Looking for a hunter, able to identify and close new logos.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Good understanding of the following data protection initiatives (Data Privacy Laws, GDPR, LFPDPP, PCI, GSMA, etc.).
Understanding of HSM’s and the relevant ecosystem.
Negotiate terms/pricing and close deals.
Perform weekly meetings with the sales engineers to assess the status of all existing accounts, and to expedite the sales processes.
Ability to present the product’s capabilities and answer the main technical-sales questions.
Negotiate terms/pricing and close deals.
Provide market and customer feedback to help guide new product definition.
What We're Looking For
Experience in driving complex enterprise sales processes, able to converse with CISO’s, IT personnel, and crypto experts in a consultative manner.
BS in Engineering/Computer Science
5-10 years of Security sales experience with specific focus on HSMs and KMS services
Relationships with key security decision makers within cloud and enterprise customers
Successfully develop senior management, engineering and executive level relationships at key customers and internally at Marvell
Experience in negotiating complex business partnerships that meet strategic revenue goals
Strong selling skills to all levels of our customers’ organizations
Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
Highly accountable for results and ability to drive cross-functional teams
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills
Resourceful and responsive to change – thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency
Experience in navigating a multinational corporate environment to be effective in customer program execution and roadmap alignment

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
117,190 - 175,560, $ per annum
The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
