Experience in a similar coaching role within a large organization.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. CSM SAFe).

Job Responsibility : The Product Team Coach will provide organized and purposeful coaching and training to product team members managers and leaders as they navigate Agile transformations and continuous improvement journeys adopting a growth mindset. The focus of this coaching role is on product teams with an emphasis on implementing bestfit agile team principles practices and mindset. This role will upskill Product Owners Scrum Masters Tech Leads and other individuals identified to support the product teams. The Product Team Coach will be able to coach multiple product groups.
- Team Coaching : Coach product teams to adopt successful agile practices aligned to the teams work. Work closely with Product Owners Scrum Masters Tech Leads and product teams to coach them to high performance. Work with Platform Coach and Triad to ensure product teams can fully participate in platform level ceremonies
- Facilitation : Demonstrate and coach teams on best practices for facilitating team events such as Daily Stand Ups Backlog Refinement and Retrospectives. Enable the scrum master to manage the teams capacity and provide visibility to the teams commitment to deliver ratio.
- Continuous Improvement : Develop team member awareness of the value of continuous improvement and innovation. Provide coaching to the teams during Quarterly Planning maintaining their focus on value delivery and alignment to the platform OKRs. Support the team as they build their capabilities introducing opportunities for continuous improvement to add to their backlog.
- Team Maturity Assessments : Conducting regular team maturity assessments to determine the baseline maturity level of teams describe opportunities for improvement and track their progress over time.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with Scrum Masters and work with the team to ensure the selected agile framework and associated practices are being maintained the health of the team is intact and that they are striving to get better sprint over sprint.
- Training : Provide training and upskilling for team members including new team members to ensure they understand the agile processes and are selfsufficient.
