Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project financial reports using Sage Contractor accounting software.
- Generate and submit monthly owner pay applications in collaboration with the project management team.
- Work with the project management team to validate subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Perform general ledger accounting and maintain WIP (Work in Progress Schedule) for quarterly reporting to our CPA firm.
