Highlights of your role

In this role, you’ll help keep our facility and equipment running efficiently. You’ll take on a variety of tasks—troubleshooting, repairing, ordering parts—and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the direct impact of your contributions.

Schedule:Day: 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM  (MON - FRI)

Pay:

Base: $24.00 - $30.00/hr DOE

Night Premium: 20% 

Effective Rate: $28.80 - $36.00/hr DOE 

Compensation

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Provide timely support, root cause determination, and good follow-up on maintenance issues• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems• Plan work effectively, coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success• Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly• Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap• Continuously improve equipment, processes, methods, etc, to drive innovation

Also want to make sure you have

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent preferred
• Detail oriented
• Industrial Electrical Skills (PLC knowledge, Knowledge of electrical motors and drives, Knowledge of various sensors and electrical components, Multimeter use to troubleshoot electrical issues)
• Industrial Mechanical Skills (Knowledge of pumps, valves, and associated plumbing, Knowledge of pneumatics, Knowledge of compressors, chillers, extruders, and other equipment
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience
