As a Window & Door Installer at Mountain West, you’ll be responsible for the installation and repair of Marvin windows and doors. This full-time role includes removing existing units, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project.

As a Window & Door Installer at Mountain West, you’ll be responsible for the installation and repair of Marvin windows and doors. This full-time role includes removing existing units, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each project.
What You’ll Do:
- Install, repair, and remove windows and doors
- Measure, cut, and install window and door hardware, trim, and metal framing
- Clean up job sites and ensure product quality
- Communicate with customers and maintain high service standards
- Company truck, phone, and laptop
- Bonuses profit sharing

- Full-time, Monday to Friday (6:00 AM start)

Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
- Window and door installation experience
- Ability to lift heavy materials and use hand tools, ladders, and scaffolding
- Pass criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC)
- Valid driver’s license (must meet fleet safety requirements)
