Marvin Engineering designs and produces military Alternate Mission Equipment. Marvin Test Solutions designs and manufactures armament Test Equipment. SCOPE :
- Responsible for program cost, schedule, and technical performance on engineering development programs from prototype to full qualification
- Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed IMS in conjunction with the engineering program planners to ensure contract deliverables are effectively monitored and tasking is disseminated to respective teams appropriately.
- Participate in proposal preparation, developing estimates and soliciting and reviewing inputs from cross-functional team.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a risk and opportunity register in conjunction with the R&O manager; responsible for soliciting, understanding, validating, and reviewing risks with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in program reviews with internal leadership, prime contractor, and USG customers, and be able to communicate program status, needs and dependencies effectively.
