We are currently accepting applications for a D365 F&O Billing Specialist role to join our Denver team, with an expected starting annual salary range of $60,000 - 70,000
We have a hybrid schedule for this role with two days in the Denver office and the remaining three days working from home.
Responsibilities :
- Perform billing-related processes, from contract setup through invoice posting, in Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) (formerly Dynamics AX)
- Support project teams across the US to ensure invoices are consistently and accurately generated in a timely manner concurrent with delivery of services
- Ensure that contract setup in F&O is performed promptly and accurately in order to capture project transactions (time and expense entry) in a way that supports accurate financial reporting and project billing
- Work closely with operations, accounting, and other departments
- Serve as subject matter expert for billing processes within F&O
- Maintain billing records, resolve discrepancies, verify accuracy and completeness of billing data
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist with month-end closing processes
- Assist with providing information for audits as needed
