- Designs, develops and conducts activities program provided daily and modifies existing programs as necessary
- Develops and maintains a positive relationship with residents
- Develops and maintains a volunteer program
- Designs and arranges outside contracted entertainment
- Designs and arranges recurring events such as monthly calendars, newsletters, and themed facility events
- Develops, manages and coordinates activities outings
- Conduct room visits and actively participate in Resident Council
