Entrepreneurial consumer products firm in Westport is looking for an Executive Administrator. Must have outstanding communication skills to deal with global manufacturers. Need someone super-organized to support busy, creative, and smart executive! Firm’s well-known product endorsed by Oprah. Heavy paperwork, calendar, book travel, deposit checks, and track expenses. Help with social media presence. MS Office, including Excel & Word proficiency, a must! Some errands and personal work involved. Will field calls including marketing / sales and manage day-to-day activities. Every day is different and fast paced! Looking for someone who is articulate, socially intelligent, and personable. They welcome intelligent questions and proactive mind set along with excellent organizational skills. Mon-Fri, 3 days in office / 2 days remote. Salary $50-$60K; no medical benefits.
