Job Responsibilities
Prepares, dispenses, and monitors prescribed medication therapy and other pharmaceuticals for patient care according to current professional standards and practices. Monitors and evaluates drug usage and other related work as required. Ensures all actions taken while carrying out responsibilities support patient centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a College of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or a PharmD.
- Registration with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacist with a current State of Iowa license.
