Your Role:
As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Nursing units by:
- Maintaining accurate and organized medical and administrative records in compliance with all regulations.
- Managing resident appointments, lab results, and physician visits.
- Providing exceptional telephone and front desk support.
- Assisting with policy and procedure distribution and educational materials.
- Ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong typing and computer skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus!
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible) 40 hours a week
