Join our dedicated Dining Services team at MI Nursing & Restorative Center (MINRC), a leading healthcare campus committed to providing exceptional care for elders. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Dietary Assistants (Diet Aides) to assist in the preparation and delivery of meals, ensuring our residents receive nutritious and timely service.
Position 1:
Dietary Assistant (Diet Aide) - Multiple Part-Time Positions
Available Positions:
- Hours: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM (includes EVERY weekend)
- Weekly Hours: 15
- Number of Openings: 2
- Type: Part-Time
Position 2:
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (includes EVERY weekend)
- Weekly Hours: 28
- Number of Openings: 1
- Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals according to the Dining Services Director or Cook's instructions.
- Respond promptly to the needs of residents and guests.
- Clean and sanitize food carts after each meal period.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, floors, and cabinets.
- Wash dishes and store them appropriately.
- Collect and dispose of garbage and trash in designated containers.
Qualifications:
- Related diet aide/dining service experience or training is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
