We are Mary Jane's; a Fun, Fashion-Forward, Clothing, Jewelry, Accessories, and Gift Boutique. We are located in Kona Inn Shopping Village, along the shoreline of Downtown Kona and we are looking for a Dynamic Team Leader!
We are seeking a “people person” with an outgoing personality and the ability to engage with team members and guests alike. You will lead a fabulous team in greeting guests, sharing product insights, suggesting selections and servicing our fitting rooms. You will also lead the charge in receiving new merchandise, executing sales through a POS system, maintaining a clean store and so much more! Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Foster a Collaborative, Energetic and Fun work environment
- Understanding of Outlook and Excel a plus
- Proficient in Retail Sales and Cash Handling, basic Math knowledge
- Ability to train new employees and share/execute new directives with the team
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and cash handling procedures.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Conduct employee evaluations to share with the Area Manager.
- Train and supervise staff on POS systems, inventory control, and effective sales techniques.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis to enhance store performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 35 per week
