Summer Program Details
- The Mary Kay 2025 Summer Intern Program is a 10-week internship from early June to mid-August
- All our internships are paid, starting at $20/ hour
- Our internships are Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, and require you to be in the office 4-5 days per week
- This internship is located at our Global Headquarters in Addison, TX
- Interns will receive any required equipment, such as a laptop
- Mary Kay Inc does not offer sponsorship of job applicants for employment-based visas or any other work authorization for full time employment at this time

- Sales force incentive program planning.
- Purchasing and budgeting.
- Prize inventory organization.
- Staff and volunteer planning.
- Sales force interactions.
Strong intern candidates will have:
- Exposure to various projects and partners within the company.
- Hands-on experience in event planning.
- Skills in purchasing, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Experience in coordinating staff and volunteers.
- Improved communication skills through sales force and staff interactions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Critical thinking and adaptability skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
