This role is pivotal in driving innovative strategies that empower our sales force members to leverage social commerce tools effectively, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless execution of products that enhance sales force engagement, communication, and performance – both online and offline. They will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and KPIs for initiatives designed to optimize social commerce experiences and enable conversion to Mary Kay and Independent Beauty Consultants.

- Collaborate with global, regional, and market stakeholders to design and implement innovative social commerce strategies tailored to empower sales force members.
- Oversee the development, rollout, and optimization of tools and platforms that enhance social commerce capabilities including a Mary Kay Social Squad, Live Shopping, and content to support paid and organic social efforts.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
- Support the creation and delivery of compelling, cohesive, and on-brand sales force communication materials.
- Manage designated key vendor relationships and license agreements (i.e., Rask AI).
- Analyze project performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
- Able to quickly act upon global social trends, creating opportunities for sales force members to excite, engage, and convert potential and existing customers.
