As a Master Tech, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing vehicle issues, performing advanced repairs, and mentoring junior technicians. Your expertise will ensure that our shop and the affiliated dealership maintains its reputation for high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As a Master Tech, your pay will be a combination of flag hours and bonuses tied to the junior mechanics working under your supervision.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive automotive diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
- Execute repairs on a variety of vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize power tools and specialized equipment effectively to complete repairs.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
- Mentor and train junior technicians in best practices for automotive repair and diagnostics.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair needs and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements

- Desire to grow biggest customer base of any independent shop in Denton.
- Proven experience as a mechanic or automotive technician in a dealership or service center environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and vehicle maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
