Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and driven team member to join our team! This role has the potential to move into a full-time manager position with a salary with the right person. In this role, you will support the owner of the store in running the day to day operations as well as keeping up on quality control. We love cookies and our community at Mary's and are looking for someone who feels the same way. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong customer service skills, leadership skills, and a passion to help others.
Duties
- Assist in managing the store operations including quality control, inventory, deliveries, and be a leader to other employees.
- Help achieve monthly goals, stay on top of changes within the store.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain store standards.
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Willingness to learn and take directions.
- Looking for someone who lives in Laramie full-time.
- Must be available Tuesday-Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm year-round.
