Job Summary
The Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of daily office operations. You will assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks, customer communication, scheduling, and general office organization. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative duties, including data entry, document organization, and reporting.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for estimates and painting jobs.
- Maintain and update customer records in or CRM system.
- Support invoicing, billing and payment processing
- Order office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Assist in coordination marketing and social media efforts as needed.
- Perform other office-related tasks to support the efficiency of the business.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite
- Experience with CRM software (preferred but not required).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
